Le case sono di pietra e la maggior parte e ancora stabile,anche senza tetti ne pavimenti.La grandezza complessiva e di 400m2 su 3144m2 di terreno abilitato per costruzione.
La proprieta e adatta per diventare un giorno,un piccholo hotel,una grande casa famigliare o pure diverse case piu picchole.
L accesso alla casa e possibile con machina,anche se la strada non e delle migliori.La casa piu vicina e ad piu di un cilometro di distanza.La citta di Rabac e a 20minuti dalla proprieta.Anche se la casa non e stata abitata per tanto tempo,ha l eletricita,che potrebbe essere rinnovata.Il venditore si e informato per voi,l installazione dell eletricita e del aqua,insieme al rinovamento della strada,vi verebbe a costare intorno ai 200,000euro.
La cittadina piu vicina e Labin,e si trova a 10 min.Pola(con il suo aeroporto)si trova a meno di 60 min.,come anche Abbazia.
