It is notable for its excellent views of the sea at Novigrad, a pretty fishing port with some excellent restaurants that is 15mins drive away .

On the ground floor there is a guest WC and shower with wash handbasin off the entrance hall on one side and a laundry room off to the right side. The entrance hall then leads into the living/dining room. Although there is no fireplace, a flue is installed enabling a buyer to have one if desired. Off the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen and separate larder. The living room leads out on to a covered dining terrace, overlooking the 32m2 pool with Roman steps. Adjacent to the pool is a barbeque.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with bath, double wash basins and WC. The master bedroom opens out onto a covered balcony. The master bedroom has a double bed, the second one two single beds and the third one has bunk beds.

Fresh fruit and vegetables are available in the village. For everything else, the small town of Tar has a bank, Post Office, numerous restaurants, bars, supermarkets, a baker and a pharmacy and is only 5mins drive away. The acclaimed Istralandia water park is 20mins drive.

Access is easy from the Ypsilon fast road from Trieste at the Brtonigla junction, or if coming fom the Pula direction, from the Baderna junction. Both have airports served by low cost airlines, including Ryanair.
